All orders are shipped from our warehouse in LAHORE. Local orders will be shipped between 8 to 10 working days. Free shipping for orders above RS 7000/- (after discount where applicable). For orders under RS 3000/- a shipping fee of RS 250/- is applicable.

CAN I REQUEST MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ON A CERTAIN DATE?

Yes, please include in the order comment during checkout under payment method.

ARE THERE AREAS/ZONES IN PAKISTAN YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO?

We do not deliver to military zones, PO Boxes, offshore, Siachen and Hardcore Areas.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

At the moment, we do not offer online tracking for our delivery. To check the status of your order, please contact customer services at timesdiary1005@gmail.com. 

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted for a re-delivery, which will incur additional fee of RS 250/-
