No, we do not do refunds but we have an exchange policy.
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
We will do a one-to one exchange if your item is received at the following conditions:
- Incorrect item
- Defective item
How Can I Exchange The Item?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and an image of the defective/wrong item within 7 days upon receiving your item. Returned items must be in good and unused. Once the exchange is confirmed, we will arrange for a re-delivery of the correct item. Your item will be shipped out between 3 to 5 working days.
