In the past, many people regularly keep personal diaries, where the events of that day and record their observations. No of diarists as Anne Frank and Samuel Pepys, we do not know much about the personal side of our history.
Although people these days that blogs or video blogs and Osgel their lives on social networking sites are preserved, and very few of us put pen to paper and write our experiences. Why do not you try it?
Keeping a journal is something I have tried several times in the past, but until three years ago and it did not work for more than one week. It was the first successful test of a magazine month long tour of afternoon trip – you want to make sure to remind everyone of the details of such an exciting experience! I am proud to have done, but I am more proud to say that I have kept a diary Go for the last five months! I live abroad for a short period of time, and I remember all my new experiences in the future.
So why do I do this? And what I think we should too?
- You can record special events.
People take pictures so they can remember the holidays, etc. diary-like personal image completely written, recording all the things I’ve seen in the details as much or as little as you want.
- Logged events may very unusual.
You might think that a normal boring day until you start typing. I began to see the specific aspects of natural events, such as the funny remarks or interesting things I saw.
- You can record your thoughts and feelings.
Remember how it made you feel things on certain days or at certain locations, until the memory is more detailed.
- This is the kind of bad days post-treatment.
Have your feelings on paper written feels much better than keep it to yourself. It can also help to think of the most obvious things, and perhaps help determine how you feel about things if you are unsure.
- In fact, it is therapeutic, even on good days!
Provide hot drinks, curl up in a comfortable chair, and take a half hour just for you and your journal. It feels very good!
- You can improve your writing skills.
Practice makes a master! See the development of his writing is very rewarding.
- Why not try a foreign language?
Practice language skills and improve their vocabulary, without having to worry about errors – it was you, and nobody else!
- Appreciate your successes.
Sometimes we do not appreciate what we accomplished – notation overcame a challenge and how to make you aware of this!
- Evaluate their mistakes.
On the other hand, you can understand the things that can be done better, if you have to write everything down and consider it.
- Let the future something to look back!
In a year or so, you can see how they have developed as a person. If revisits the place, and you can read what you saw or did you feel the last time. Perhaps to show future generations what it used to be!
I wish you good luck with your personal diary!
